Cerulean Warblers and Onions
Did you know?
These small birds, nesting in higher treetops than most warblers, have a wingspan of only 7.9 inches. They have pretty blue, black and white feathers and are easy to tell apart from other birds. An interesting fact: Cerulean Warblers are often seen “bungee jumping”. This is when they quickly dive down without opening their wings for several seconds to get away from the nest!
